Congratulations to Sabine Vorrink, PhD Candidate in the Human Toxicology Program, mentored by Dr. Frederick E. Domann. She is one of three students who won a poster award in the College of Public Health Student Category at the University of Iowa's Research Week 2014. Title of her winning poster is, "PCB 126 Perturbs Hypoxia-Induced HIF-1α Activity and Glucose Consumption in Human HepG2 Cells". A listing of the University of Iowa winners may be viewed here
