Sarita Menon PhD (2006) delivered the Biomedical Science Graduate Program lecture on March 8, 2023 to students of the program. Dr Menon spoke on "Steering Your Way as a Biomedical Student: Practical Strategies Beyond the Degree" providing guidance on how to balance the demands of academia with the realities of a varied and fulfilling life. Prior to the lecture she enjoyed a lunch with program students, and also spend time with FRRBP students, postdocs and research personnel following the lecture. She is a former student of Prof. Prabhat Goswami and is best known as the founder, CEO and Editor or Smore Magazine, a science magazine aimed at 8-14 year-olds.
