Dr Sarita Menon graduated the FRRBP program under the mentorship of Prabhat Goswami in 2006. Since graduating from our program she worked in academia for several years before establishing herself as an educator. She established “Smore” magazine created for “…curious girls who are looking for ways to embrace their creative passion for thinking and innovating” and is a noted STEM advocate. "The biases that blind us" is a talk delivered at a TEDx event discussing implicit biases and our importance in recognizing them.
