There is a minimum of 1 billing hour for service; for users that have SARRP appointments that go beyond 1 hour but no more than 1 hour and 5 minutes, they will be charged at a 1-hour billing rate.
Cancellation policy: Cancellation requires a 24-hour notice, failure to provide adequate notice will result in a 1 hour service charge for the machine that has been reserved.
Faculty consultations: For personalized services, a physics faculty consultation can be requested for an additional service charge.

Weekend and after-hours appointments are only available under extenuating circumstances and require prior approval from the service provider (Vahid Nasirian). Two weeks' prior approval is required for any weekend services. Weekend (excluding holidays) services are billed at a 1.5x rate.
